If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we'll make it right.
Eligibility
- Raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with seals intact.
- Attars, perfumes and opened consumables can only be returned if defective or damaged in transit.
How to request a return
Email returns@aromastick.in with your order ID and a photo of the issue. Our team responds within one working day.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except on defective orders.
