Are your products 100% natural?+
All our incense and attars use natural resins, botanical oils and traditional binders. Any synthetic notes are disclosed on the product page.
How long do agarbatti sticks last?+
Each premium agarbatti burns for 30–45 minutes depending on humidity and air flow.
What is the difference between attar and perfume?+
Attars are concentrated, alcohol-free oil-based perfumes traditionally distilled in copper deg. Perfumes contain alcohol carriers and project differently.
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders ship within 24 hours and reach you in 3–6 business days across India.
Is shipping really free?+
Yes — free shipping on every order above ₹999, no codes needed.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we ship pan-India. International shipping launches soon — join the newsletter to be notified.
Can I return a product?+
Sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened attars and incense are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged in transit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Yes — every order is wrapped in our navy-and-gold keepsake packaging at no extra cost. Add a handwritten note at checkout.
